Tyler lead the team of DPS experts to provide you valuable services with complete transparency. Tyler has an extensive background in strategic planning and project management. He is dedicated to taking your association to new and exciting directions.

Tracy Schorle - Director Client Service 

Tracy has served DRI for more than eight years and spent nearly 10 years at SmithBucklin, the world’s largest association management company. Tracy served more than a dozen clients, including NBMDA, BSCAI, NAFCD, NPTA, SITE, CEIR, NAIFA and InSight, among others. During her years at SmithBucklin, Tracy served on the transition team for four clients. Tracy has more than 20 years of association management experience, including in rebranding, event production, crisis management, media relations and more. Katie Cosek - Marketing Manager

Beth DeMars - Meeting and Event Services Manager

Beth leads a team of professionals that plan special events, conferences, exhibits, general sessions and more. Beth has worked on events of all sizes and scopes and brings more than 16 years of association experience to DPS and our clients.  Beth’s team will work to help execute all aspects of your event with attention to every detail, keeping in mind your associations’ organizational culture and expectations in mind.

Richard Wallock - Director Accounting

Richard will use his expertise and years of experience to provide your association with sound financial practices.  From budgets and statements all the way to investments, Richard and his team will demonstrate best practices and insights in to your financial wellness.
